What we do

We change the world one conversation at a time.

Why we do it

To create a tipping point for world consciousness that leads to positive change and growth for humankind.

How we do it

Through Solution-Focused human development, namely our ICF-accredited program The Art & Science of Coaching, innovative graduate and personal development courses, and our World Game initiative.

Erickson is proud to be allied with Plant-It 2020, a non-profit tree planting organization that practices the best standards within the industry. Erickson Coaching International’s promise is that we will contribute enough money to Plant-It 2020 to plant 5 trees for every paid enrollment in The Art & Science of Coaching Modules I to IV. The trees planted are true seedlings indigenous to the area and will not be harvested. As a tree matures it can consume 48 pounds of carbon dioxide per year.
