In response to the new global challenge, Erickson International uses its Online Academy created and in operation since 2008 to carry out all of its training programs that take place around the world. In Greece, given the current measures of public health, such as social distancing and the “new normal” where  learning development is on continuous demand, expands the offer to online training in Greece to help maintain  focus on personal development at this stage. Erickson Greece seeks to offer, through a systemic approach, the following services:

  1. Free access to a set of online training editions with limited participation per edition “Introduction to Coaching Skills”, for those interested in learning and applying coaching skills for their personal development;
  2. Access to a set of pro bono online coaching sessions by Ericksonian Coaches from around the world in the following languages: Greek & English. Other languages ​​will be per request.
  3. Access to an integration webinar after the end of the coaching relationship.

In a new phase of imposed changes in our society and humanity we witness an impact on the dynamics and interpersonal relationships, not only due to social distancing but also due to the encouragement of remote working, it is important to use tools to face the near future ensuring well-being. 

Get to know the advantages and challenges of working in this new context. 

Objectives: I Learn what coaching is and how this is one of the ways forward for personal development and acquisition of competencies to enable creation of solutions in this current context: How to define objectives for these particular times? How to sustain motivation towards your goals? How to overcome objections? How to help others? 

Objectives: II A look at the new context of “working from home” and restricted movement. How to create and maintain empathy, despite working remotely (at a distance)? The new work and family dynamics. Changing behaviors and creating new habits. “Work-Life balance”, what could the new meaning be? 

Target Audience All interested parties who identify with the above objectives.  

Online Duration 2 theoretical and practical sessions of 3:15 hours each
